I decided to take the Q7s off and put the stock wheels back on for the trip up north (Oscoda, MI) next weekend.

I don’t want to risk it.

The wheels and tires were dropped off at Auto Europe this morning.

I will be picking them up after lunch.

I might be able to test fit one today…

The wheels were delivered yesterday.

After taking one out of the box and putting it up to the side of the vehicle, I decided to keep them the way they are.

I will get photos of them when I get home after work today.

I ordered tires for them today and hope to have them by early next week at the latest.

Coils will be installed this weekend on Saturday.

Wheels are scheduled to be delivered on Monday, March 8, 2010.

Just got back from our two week vacation in Europe. Before I left, I ordered the wheels.

They should have been here when I got back. There is a slight delay and I hope to get them sometime this coming week.

Adapters arrived though, so that is one step closer!

I took a trip up to the powder coater a few weeks ago to see a sample of the color I will be getting the wheels powdered in.

The color is called “Mirror Chrome”. The photos do not do the color justice.

I wanted a natural aluminum look to go along with the reflex silver and that is exactly what “Mirror Chrome” turns out looking like.
